Collection Industry News would like to congratulate Valerie Ingold on becoming the first female president in the history of the IACC(International Association of Commercial Collectors)
As a young college student, Valerie never envisioned a career in the collection industry. While attending college and earning degrees in photography and art history, she was working part-time as a receptionist for CCC (Commercial Collection Corp of NY, Inc). From there she advanced to making calls for the outsource department and after graduating from college she took the full-time position of outsource specialist. Shortly after that, she was promoted to outsource supervisor and was responsible for that department’s day-to-day operations Her next promotion was to outsource manager.
In 2013 Valerie became the vice president of the company and was/is very active in the IACC and CLLA(Commercial Law League of America). She is now one of the owners of CCC and is on its board of directors. When asked what her present and future goals are for the company, she replied “These days achieving the highest level of customer service in our industry and that starts and ends with our amazing employees”
Valerie also travels frequently for the company and delights in experiencing new places while meeting the people who drive her to greatness: her clients.
CONGRATULATIONS VALERIE!
